The Chillicothe Community Fire Protection District presents fire and life safety education to schools, groups, business and special events.
The district works diligently to inspect businesses for city liquor license, city property maintenance violations, annual school inspections, inspections for fireworks vendor and display permits, and dangerous buildings.
The district participates in many community events throughout Chillicothe, Rome, Mossville, Hopewell and surrounding areas. Provides many fundraisers through the Fred Meister Fireman’s Association
